What Is A SIPP?

A SIPP or a "self invested pension plan" is a type of pension where the owner of the pension can make decisions on where the money is invested. Other pensions and pension companies will invest the money on your behalf where as SIPP will allow more control over where that money is invested. With the current financial climate many people would be surprised to know how badly most pensions are performing. For example a £400,000 pension pot on average is bringing in £18,000 per year. Investing in our SIPP properties with this kind of money will guarantee 10% of the purchase price for up to 10 years just from the rental returns. Most of our SIPP Properties are also up to 50% below market value and will also show fantastic long term capital gains. Profits and rental income can be paid straight into the pension pot and re-invested with all the tax breaks offered from a SIPP investment.

If you have a £100,000 in your pot, your going to be looking at an income of about £4,500 a year, or £86 a week. Our solution, and what we believe is the best plan:

If you use you £100,000 to maximize your capital and cash flow, you could invest in our Caribbean properties, buying 3 entry level properties you could have a property portfolio value of £300,000. You then receive 10% rental guaranteed on this amount, meaning you receive £30,000 a year. To put this into a percentage against your £100,00 invested, you are actually receiving 33% a year on your £100,000. This is the benefits of property gearing and is the trick behind most property investments. The gain is on the value, not your investment.

This means your SIPP will receive £30,000 approximate, plus will see the benefits of the capital growth which is looking at 100% over 3 years. So if you keep these properties for 3 years, your £100,000 original pot could increase by 3 x £30,000 rental income, plus the property value which has now doubled, giving an extra £300,000 equity, plus your original £100,00 back. That gives a new pot value of £490,000 bringing in a massive monthly income. It sounds too good to be true, but is happening on a daily basis. If you don't plan your retirement, no-one else will.
